How to create study images with AI

Gen images in the AI Solve Quiz app turns a short description into a diagram, illustration or study visual you can save and share — for your notes, slides or posters.

What you can make

Diagrams for your notes

A labelled water cycle, a plant cell or the layers of the atmosphere — a clean visual to anchor a topic you are revising.

Illustrations for slides and posters

A title image for a class presentation, or a simple scene for a poster project.

Visual memory aids

Flashcard-style pictures that make a vocabulary word or a historical event easier to remember.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Gen images

In the app, go to Home and tap Gen images under Personal.

  2. 2

    Describe the image

Type what you want in the “Describe an image…” box. Name the subject, the style (flat diagram, watercolor, 3D) and any labels you need.

  3. 3

    Pick a shape

Choose square (1:1), portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9). Portrait suits posters and phone screens; landscape suits slides.

  4. 4

    Generate, then refine

Send your description and wait while the image is made. Not quite right? Adjust the description and generate again.

  5. 5

    Save or share

Open the image to save it to your photos or share it to another app. If an image looks wrong or inappropriate, tap Report.

Tips for better results

  • Be specific: the subject, the style, the colors and any text labels you need.
  • If a result is not quite right, change one thing in the description at a time — it is easier to steer.
  • AI images can get small details wrong, especially text and labels. Check them before you rely on the image.
  • Save the images you want to keep to your photos.

Use it to learn

Descriptions are screened before an image is made, and requests for harmful or explicit content are refused without charge. Use the images to study and present your own work, and follow your school’s rules on AI-generated content.
