Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your AI Solve Quiz account and the data associated with it. AI Solve Quiz is published by AI Solve Quiz (the developer of the AI Solve Quiz mobile app, browser extension, and website). You can delete your account yourself at any time using any of the methods below — you do not need to contact us first.

How to request deletion

1. In the mobile app (fastest)

Open the AI Solve Quiz app, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.

2. In the account portal (any browser)

Sign in at https://app.aisolvequiz.com/account, open the Account page, and use Delete account. This works from any device without the app installed.

3. By email (if you cannot sign in)

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. We immediately and permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your saved questions and study sessions, and any shared-session links;
• The cropped question images you captured (deleted from our storage);
• Your practice and exam history, if you used those features;
• Your account identity — your email address, display name, and profile picture are erased (your account record is anonymized), and any remaining credit balance is forfeited;
• Your sign-in sessions are revoked, so you are signed out everywhere.

If you have an active paid subscription, it is cancelled first as part of the deletion, so you are not billed again.

What is retained, and for how long

We retain a de-identified record of billing and transactions (for example, that a payment occurred and its amount) — these records no longer identify you and are kept only as long as required by applicable law for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Apart from the exception below, we do not keep your name, email, content, or images after deletion.

One exception. We publish a small, hand-picked set of question images in our own marketing, stripped of metadata and screened so they carry no name, face, signature, or other identifying mark, and never attributed to whoever submitted them. If one of your images was selected before you deleted your account, that published copy is a separate file with no link back to you, so the deletion cannot find it. Email [email protected] and we will take it down within 30 days — before or after you delete. See Privacy Policy §2.1.
